How long does shipping take?

It can take up to one week to process your order and then add your shipping carrier rate. We usually take orders to the post office on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.

It can take up to one week to process your order. We usually do local drop offs on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Your order will be marked complete once dropped off. You can leave directions in the notes at checkout.

What are soy candles made out of?

Soy candles are make from soy wax, which is a processed form of soybean oil. It is a safe, non toxic alternative to paraffin wax. Soy wax is renewable, biodegradable, and supports American soybean farmers. Soy candles are 100% vegan and gluten free, they are clean and won't detract your air quality. 

How often should I trim my candle wicks?

Keep your candle wicks trimmed at 1/4 inch at all times. You should always trim your candle wicks before your next burn session. Most cotton wicks will begin to "mushroom" or split, leaving burnt debris that should be trimmed. If you do not trim your wicks, the flam will become large, thus burning through your candle quicker, and can turn into soot or smoke. Burning a candle longer than 4 hours at a time will result in excessive height and carbon buildup in the wick. For more info, check out our Product Care page.

What tools should I use to trim my candle wick?

When should I discard my candle?

Discontinue use of a candle when ½” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. This will prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface or container itself.
